Lifespan Clinical Intern, Supervised by Kelly Dunn, LCPC
Kelli Crispo

Kelli Crispo (she/her) is a clinical intern completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. She works with tweens, adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, relationship challenges, identity development, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.
Drawing from her background in clinical research on depression and well-being at Cornell University, Kelli integrates current empirical findings into thoughtful, evidence-informed care, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Based CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She has additional experience in crisis intervention and in working with LGBTQ+ communities, which informs her culturally responsive, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic stance. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and practical skill-building, helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered.
Kelli creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their identities, deepen insight, and engage in meaningful problem-solving. She is trained in a range of evidence-based modalities and tailors interventions to meet each client’s unique goals and developmental needs. During her internship at Chicago Psychotherapy, Kelli is available to provide services to clients ages 10 and older.
