Our Founder, Dr. Caroline Adelman, was recently interviewed by Amy Johnson, Executive Director of the Neighborhood Parents Network, for the inaugural episode of NPN’s new parenting podcast, Chicago Style Parenting. In this episode, Dr. Adelman and Amy discuss anxiety and evidence-based strategies for parents to support their anxious children and teens. They also discuss an evidence-based program for parents of anxious children and teens, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz of the Yale Child Study Center.
